JAMMU: The union territory administration on Tuesday appointed senior police officer Rajesh Sharma as Senior Superintendent of Police for Samba district.
Sharma, a JKPS officer of 1999 batch, has been transferred from his current posting as Officer on Special Duty to Advisor R R Bhatnagar and posted as SSP Samba against an available vacancy, said an order issued by Home Department today.
