Full dress rehearsal for the Independence Day 2020 was held at DPL Kupwara.

Kupwara: 13 August 2020: Full dress rehearsal for the Independence Day celebration was held at DPl Kupwara in which ADC Kupwara Nazir Ahmad lone unfurled the national flag, inspected the parade and took salute at the march past.

Superintendent of police Shri Shriram Ambarkar IPS, ASP Kupwara Shri Ifroz Ahmad, DySP Hqrs Shri Mudasir Ahmad DySP PC Shri Rashid Ahmad and other senior officers of civil administration, police department and other concerned were present on the occasion. The parade was commanded by DySP PC Lolab Shri Shazada Kabir. The march past was presented by the contingents of J&k Police, J&K Armed police, BSF, CRPF, Fire and emergency and Students of various schools.

On the occasion, colourful cultural programs were presented by Students from different educational institutions.
