Shakuntala Devi movie on Amazon Prime:Release Alert 31st July 2020!

Meet Shakuntala Devi cast Vidya Balan, Sanya Malhotra, Amit Sadh and Jisshu Sengupta. Shakuntala Devi is set to release on Amazon Prime Video on July 31.

Jammu, Jul 29: Vidya Balan starrer Shakuntala Devi will be released on streaming platform Amazon Prime Video.
Balan took to Twitter to share the announcement. She wrote, “Delighted to announce that you will get to see #ShakuntalaDevi very soon on PrimeVideo with all your loved ones. Thrilled that we will be able to entertain you in these unprecedented times.
The film is based on the life of famous mathematician Shakuntala Devi, who was nicknamed the “human computer”. Apart from Vidya Balan, the film also stars Sanya Malhotra, Amit Sadh and Jisshu Sengupta in significant roles.
“I am extremely excited to play the human computer, Shakuntala Devi, on the big screen. She was truly someone who embraced her individuality, had a strong feminist voice and braved many a naysayer to reach the pinnacle of success. But what truly fascinates me is that you wouldn’t normally associate a fun person with Math…and she completely turns that perception on its head,” Vidya Balan shared in an earlier statement.
This news came only a day after the digital release of Gulabo Sitabo was announced.
