CASO underway in south Kashmir’s Pulwama
Srinagar, Jul 11: Security forces on Saturday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, official sources said.
They said on a tip off about the presence of militants troops of Rashtriya Rifles (RR), Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF launched a joint CASO at village Kareemabad in Pulwama.
Security forces sealed all exit points and launched house-to-house search operation but so far no contact was established with the militants, they further said.
