JAMMU, JULY, 10: Superintending Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, O&M Circle, Kathua has informed that for erection of 11 KV line for shifting of electrical utilities on Billawar Phinter Road by M/S Alliance Transcon Pvt Ltd, the power supply to PHE Billawar will remain affected on July 11, 13 and 15 (03 days) from 7 am to 2 pm.
