8 officers posted in ACB, 4 repatriated

JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday transferred eight police officers to the Anti Corruption Bureau, while repatriating four officers from the anti-graft body.
As per an official order in this regard, Joginder Singh, SSP, Traffic City, Jammu, Al-Tahir Geelani, SP, North Srinagar, Dr Ashok Sharma, DySP, AHJ Airport, Jammu, Zafer Iqbal Nawaz, DySP, DAR Poonch, Sagar Singh, SO to DIG RP Range, Mohammad Yousuf Bachoo, DySP IR 9th Bn, Sunny Gupta, DySP, Hqrs, Kishtwar and Rais Ahmad Mir, DySP, LAWDA, Srinagar have been transferred and posted in Anti Corruption Bureau with immediate effect.
Similarly, four officers posted in ACB were repatriated to the Home Department for their further posting.
They included SSP Zubair Ahmad, SP Amit Gupta, SP Faisal Qayoom, and ASP Sandeep Gupta.
Also, Ayaz Ahmad Sheikh under orders of posting as Additional SP, Crime, Kashmir would continue as SP in the Anti Corruption Bureau, said the order issued by the General Administration Department.
