Lt Governor pays tribute to Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee
SRINAGAR, JULY 06: Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu today paid rich tributes to Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his Birth Anniversary.
