Swasthya Nidhi App for Health Monitoring: District Admin B'la Organizes Training Program for Supervisors

BARAMULLA, APRIL 24: District Administration, Baramulla today organized a training program to impart requisite training regarding the use and application of 'Swasthya Nidhi App' which has been specifically designed to monitor health status of the people during present circumstances, here today. Training program was organized in two sessions, keeping social distancing protocol in consideration, in which 84 supervisors from 07 Anganwadi centres participated.
Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr G N Itoo supervised the program while various district and sectoral officers among others were present in the program.
On the occasion, the participants were familiarized about the technical know-how of the app and they were informed that the said participants should educate the concerned BLOs telephonically in their respective areas, regarding the use of the mobile app.
Speaking on the occasion, DC complimented the participants and urged upon them to acquaint them-selves properly so that desired results are achieved. He stressed upon them to work with added zeal and dedication at this critical juncture. He also highlighted various initiatives taken by the district administration for containing the spread of COVID-19 in the district.
