DC Ganderbal conducts surprise inspection of Distt. Hospital, Bus Adda

GANDERBAL, FEBRUARY 14: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal today conducted a surprise inspection of the district hospital Ganderbal and took stock of health services and care provided to the patients.
The DC was accompanied by ADC Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba, Executive Engineer, R&B, Tehsildar Ganderbal, and other concerned.
During the visit, DC inspected various sections of the hospital including emergency, ECG unit, OPD and took stock of the medical facilities being provided to the patients.
He directed Medical Superintendent to follow roaster strictly and ensure punctuality of Medical-cum-Paramedical staff in the hospital round the clock.
The DC sought feedback from the patient regarding the health care facilities provided to them at the health institute including availability of medicines, diagnostic and other facilities.
Later, DC visited under construction Bus Adda and accessed the feasibility of alternate road from bus yard to District Hospital road to decongest traffic in Ganderbal town.
