R-Day celebration: BDC chairpersons to take salute at respective Block Headquarters

JAMMU, JANUARY 24: The Chairpersons of Block Development Councils will take salute at their respective Block Headquarters on Republic Day, 2020.

The government, through a communication, has conveyed that 'the Chairpersons of Block Development Councils shall take salute at their respective Block Headquarters on Republic Day, 2020 at Block Development Council/Block Development Officer's offices.'

"Wherever, the Tehsil Headquarter and Block Headquarter is same, two separate Republic Day functions shall be held at Tehsil Headquarter and Block Development Offices. All necessary arrangements may be ensured accordingly," the communication reads further.
