Diwali: 2-day speacial leave for Jammu officials

SRINAGAR: The State government on Saturday announced two-day special casual leave for Jammu-based employees working in Move offices for celebrating ‘Diwali’ festival at Jammu.
“The sanction has been accorded to the grant of two-day special casual leave on October 24 and 25, 2019 in favour of Jammu based employees working in Move offices for celebrating ‘Diwali’ festival at Jammu,” an official order issued by the General Administration Department said.
Diwali is falling on Sunday, October 27 while Saturday, October 26 is already a holiday in move offices, thus giving the employees at least 4 days off from work for the festival.
