The Governor’s State Administrative Council currently has four Advisors –K

Skandan, K Vijay Kumar, Khurshid Ahmed Ganai and KK Sharma, all retired civil

Governor’s Principal Secretary makes the State Administrative Council which is

an equivalent of the cabinet in elected government.

Upon possible induction of a new Advisor, the Governor is expected to

undertake an exercise of re-allocation of portfolios even as Chief Secretary BVR
