Lady commits suicide in South Kashmir's Anantnag Village

Srinagar, July 11: A 28-year- old lady allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself inside her home at Shergund Uttersoo area of Shangus in South kashmir Anantnag district.
The Lady (name withheld) hanged herself at her home during the night of Wednesday, a police official said.
The family members of the lady, after spotting her hanging inside the room, immediately rushed her to the nearby hospital where doctors declared her brought dead.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case and taken up further investigations in this regard, the official added.
