DDC Kupwara for availability of Horticulture inputs

KUPWARA, APRIL 05: Conforming to the guidelines issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India regarding the categorization of manufacturing and supply of Horticulture inputs like Pesticides, Fertilizers, Farm Machinery as essential commodities and keeping in view the importance of timely availability of critical inputs and restoration of horticultural activities in the district, District Development Commissioner(DDC), Kupwara, Anshul Garg today ordered all whole sale and retail Pesticide Dealers to make requisite pesticides available in the district.
He directed them to remain operational from 3 p.m to 5 p.m every day while strictly maintaining the social distancing for a period of one week under the supervision of concerned Horticulture Development Officers.
The Chief Horticulture Officer, Kupwara was directed to monitor the process in the district besides, providing feedback to the District Administration on daily basis in this regard.
