JAMMU, MARCH 30: Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu has expressed grief over the sad demise of mother of Sh. Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to the Lt Governor.
In a condolence message, the Lt Governor has prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and expressed his deepest sympathies with the bereaved family.
